Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: innerwear, swimwear, and discounted or sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of any delay, please check with your bank or payment service provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ValueWear will bear the return shipping cost.
